Jakarta Provincial Government will repair sidewalk along Jl. Jendral Sudirman and Jl. MH. Thamrin using compensation of the increase in build floor coefficient (KLB) from developer.

Repair is targeted to be done in 2018. This will be a pilot for other locations

Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah said sidewalk repair on that arterial road will be a pilot for other locations. Sidewalk width is planned to be repaired up to 9 meters.

"Repair is targeted to be done in 2018. This will be a pilot for other locations," he said at City Hall, Tuesday (8/1).

He explained, sidewalk repair is started from Arjuna Wiwaha Statue to Bendungan Hilir (Benhil) and from Kartika Chandra Hotel to Taman Ria. It will be done on the left and right sides of arterial road.

"Later on, sidewalks in Jakarta will refer to that sidewalk withbgreenery and ducting," he closed.
